John & Jamie Fox
John and Jamie Fox first fell in love with the Dominican Republic in 2012 while serving on a mission trip with their church. Over the years, God has grown those relationships into lifelong partnerships with pastors, leaders, and local communities. What began as a single trip became a calling—to return year after year, creating Christ-centered mission experiences that invite others to serve, love, and live out the Gospel together.
Our Mission
Living It Out Ministries invites individuals and teams to step into meaningful, hands-on mission experiences in the Dominican Republic. Through Christ-centered service, participants work alongside local communities to bring hope, encouragement, and practical support. Each mission is intentionally designed to strengthen relationships, build dignity, and foster lasting impact—both in the lives of those we serve and in the hearts of those who come to serve.

Our Programs
Short-Term Mission Trips
Since 2012, we've managed multiple teams to the island over 13 years. Teams can range in size from 5 to 25 people and can be tailored to meet the objectives and desires of the group. Whether your team is skilled in construction, has a heart for youth and children, is medically trained, or brings a mix of abilities—we'll create a trip that meets real needs and makes a lasting impact.
Clean Water Initiative
Each year around World Water Day (March 22), we fundraise for fresh water delivery to village medical clinics and schools lacking access to this critical resource. Clean water transforms health outcomes and gives communities hope.
Future Endeavors & Dreams
We're working toward purchasing land for a community center that will host medical teams and after-school tutoring programs. We also plan to acquire ATV equipment to reach mountainous communities that are often overlooked and underserved.
